Your Weekend Reading, Watch & Listen List #14
I feel like I cannot write this post without sharing some super exciting news first…I’m getting married! My boyfriend (well, fiance now I guess) and I headed to the Peak District a couple of times this week and on Wednesday we decided to finally explore Ladyclough Woods. After walking through the twisty eery woodland we came to a clearing where there's a bridge nestled amongst the pine trees, up we walked onto that bridge after realising we needed to turn round as it was the end of the route. I turned round to see my boyfriend getting down on one knee opening a ring box whilst Josie and Edie pottered around us and he asked me to be his wife. Obviously, I said yes and it was the best dog walk I’ll ever go on and I’m so, so happy to be getting married to my best friend and the most wonderful man. Now I’ve shared that super exciting life update here is this month's weekend reading list for you to enjoy, let’s hope it’s not another weekend of constant rain though as I think we’ve all had enough of that.
This season of American Horror Story is actually pretty good, I typically find the seasons to lose their way after a few episodes but this is still good.
If you want an easy show to binge your way through then 60 days in on Netflix is a great one to watch.
Queer Eye just dropped their season in Japan and obviously, it was the best sob fest you could ask for.
I’ve started watching Fear The Walking Dead but I’m not quite sure on it yet.
I’m so late to the party but I cannot get enough of Bon Appétit, especially Claire.
Another foodie one on YouTube is Hot Ones, I’ve been going through old episodes and their latest with Nick Offerman was wonderful.
I’m very much enjoying the Philip De Franco ‘A Conversation With’ series.
Music wise I’ve been listening to John Mayer non stop since we went to go and see him in October.
With the odd sprinkling of Billie Eilish.
A new podcast list I’ve been listening to ‘You, Me & A Cup Of Tea’ which is a lovely one to have on whilst I work.
I’m also so excited that A Beautiful Mess have finally bought out a podcast.
Have you see that the wonderful Liv has launched a collection with Papier and it’s adorable.
This is a really great post on organisation from Michelle.
Anna’s post on turning 30 really spoke to me, I turn 30 next May and I always thought I’d dread it but I’m so excited.
If you love sighthounds like I do then you will LOVE this post on The Dodo.
Have you seen the bee influencer on Instagram? It’s pretty incredible.
