Your Weekend Reading, Watch & Listen list #5
I thought I’d get in early with your instalment of the weekend reading list as typically I save them to go up at the weekend but this one’s coming to you bright and early on a Friday morning! Also, how excited is everyone that the nights are finally drawing out and Spring is in the air? When I’ve been getting up with the dogs at around 7am and I open the door to let them out the air feels different which fills me with excitement as Spring is on the way which means blossom galore. As usual, I’ve been saving up my most loved content online and here is everything I’ve been enjoying lately…
I’m absolutely obsessed with Taylor R on YouTube, how has it taken me so long to find this channel?
All of the old Wallace & Gromit’s have been put on Netflix, so much childhood nostalgia and it’s wonderful.
Abducted in Plain Sight is something you’ve probably heard a lot about and it’s a must watch, and you will most definitely watch it open mouthed because it’s so absurd.
Of course the Fyre festival documentary is a must watch also.
And Trigger Warning with Killer Mike is something that my boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed and it was a good eye opener.
Grey’s Anatomy is back from it’s mid season break, finally!
One of my favourite podcasts Letters From A Hopeful Creative is back and Sara & Jen always give the most heartfelt and honest advice.
Speaking of Sarah (Me & Orla) she did a wonderful episode of Hashtag Authentic with Lucy Sheriden all about comparison.
Anna’s post about her favourite veggie cookbooks revisited is worth a read.
It might not be Valentine’s Day anymore but these cakes from Molly deserve to be baked all year round.
Carrie’s post featuring snippets of her new home is absolutely beautiful, her taste in home decor is right up my street.
Our garden has absolutely no florals in it so I’d really like to add in some this year now the dogs don’t destroy it at any chance they get. This post from Julia has given me lots of inspiration.
We’re trying to up our cooking game at home and we’ve been enjoying;
happy weekend!
