3 Ways To Spoil Your Skin
Our skin is our largest organ so it's imperative to take good care of it. Of course, it isn't possible to really spoil it on a daily basis but at least a couple of times a week I like to put aside some time and treat skin. I've rounded up my favourite ways to share with you today and they aren't as time consuming as you might think.
MASKS
This is the most obvious way to give our skin a treat and who doesn't love a good mask? Now I've actually discovered which brands work for me and my complexion they've become an important part of my routine. The type of mask that I go for depends on the condition of my skin and what it needs but whatever I go I know I'm always bound to be left with a happier than complexion that I had before. It can be tough to know how many times to use masks or how to slot them into your routine, but I go by the rule of 3 times a week max. Anything too often is just simply overpowering.

MASSAGE
This was a habit that I realised I'd been doing without even purposely making it part of my routine. As I'm a big lover of using a cleansing balm they take a little more effort to work with so naturally you massage your skin without consciously doing it. I've starting using the Gankin Facial Massage method from Suqqu which is by far the easiest routine I've ever found. Once you get into the habit of doing it then you start to do it instinctively. Not only is it incredibly relaxing to the skin but it also has a lot of benefits and the results are incredible.
EXFOLIATORS
I'm a sucker for a chemical exfoliant and use one each day, but it's still a treat for my skin. Lately, I've been reaching for more manual options and my skin has welcomed the old school route of exfoliation. It's important to be careful when using a manual scrub to not use anything too abrasive as it will break down delicate areas of skin and cause broken capillaries. The formulation of exfoliators has come a long way from the days when we were using essentially sand in a tube on our delicate faces.
