Some Of My Handbag Essentials
As cliché as they are I don't think I will ever get sick of posts where people share the contents of their handbag. It interests me so much, more than I should probably admit, I think you can learn so much about a person from just from having a peek into their bag. The bag that I carry 80% of the time is this tan number from a vintage shop in London around 4/5 years ago. The stitching is coming undone but I love it so much that I don't think that I will ever be able to replace it as it holds huge sentimental value to me. So here are some of the things that I carry around with me on a daily basis.
iPhone 5S: That lovely boyfriend of mine was kind enough to give me his pretty much new iPhone when he managed to snag himself a 6. The camera is much better than my 5 was and I cannot get enough of the touch ID function. I'm currently on the hunt for a nice black case to protect it as having a naked iPhone is just dangerous isn't it.
Apple Headphones: Even though these aren't the best headphones in the world I love that they don't fall out of my ears as that is something I've found has been quite an issue for me in the past. I should probably keep these in something separately as they are forever get tangled.
Mini Lint Roller: If you own a pet with white fur and you wear dark clothing all year round then you need to invest in a mini lint roller, seriously life changing.
& Other Stories purse: I'm incredibly fussy when it comes to what purse I use, I have to have a lot of card space and a change compartment. My current one & Other Stories which was a gift from my dad for my last birthday and for the price it's such good quality. The envelope fastening means that nothing can drop out and I need that extra security.
Accessorize Card Holder: Even though my purse has a generous amount of card compartments I still need more so I like storing my most used in a card holder and the one I have can hold up to 6 cards.

Lanolips Antibacterial Hand Cream*: This is hand sanitiser and hand cream all rolled into one and the answer to all my limited space handbag prayers. I adore the scent of this as it's so fresh, it leaves my hands feel nourished as well as clean. If you hate carrying around two separate items then this might be just what you're looking for.
Cath Kidston Mirror: Even though I don't carry make up around with me I still like to have a mirror on the go as just to make sure my terrible case of gap fringe hasn't flared up.
Comb: Like I said I have an awful case of gap fringe that needs attending to from time to time, even though I don't love combs they are ideal for full fringed gals.
Ray-Ban Meteor Sunglasses*: Even though we're in winter we've had some really sunny days lately so sunglasses are a necessity. I love the Meteor style from Ray Ban as they are a little smaller than the classic Wayfarer which are far too big for my face. Of course I went for the tortoiseshell frame which is my absolute favourite when it comes my glasses and sunglasses.
Lanolips Lip Ointment*: I'm really struggling with my lips at the moment, they are horribly dry and keep on cracking and bleeding. Not a pretty site I assure you so I've had to put something as intense as the classic Lanolips Ointment into my bag to try and get them back to a somewhat normal state and it's doing the job nicely.
Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir: I hate lugging around full size bottles of perfume around with me so these little samples are ideal for slinging in my bag and you can get a good few uses out of them.
Burt's Bees Tinted Balm & Epic Blend More Moisture Balm*: I'm not sure two more lip balms is really a necessity but hey I'm a girl who likes choice and lip products in stick form. The tinted option from Burt's Bees is one of my all time favourites and I'm nearly at the end of this one. It deposits the prettiest pink onto the lips as well helping with any dryness. If I need something a little more intense than this one from Epic Blend is awesome, it's super hydrating and tastes like grape which is always a bonus.
